As we know muscle contraction is the key stimulus to the circulatory and lymphatic systems. Unfortunately typical modalities cannot create strong muscle contractions without side-effects: strain, discomfort, tetanization and muscle fatigue, which all greatly limit lymphatic drainage and fluid shifts. Simply stated H-Wave found a way to get a very strong muscle contraction, which naturally stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage, without any discomfort, tetanization or fatigue.
